I was hoping for some meat to back up the grandiose title but this article was nearly content-free.

I'll often launch lazygit just to use its undo feature since that's easier than navigating the reflog. Happy to see a standalone utility.

Surprised to see Fantasque Sans Mono[1] not mentioned yet. It's the best "comic"-style font I was aware of, which I used for coding/terminal for a long time (I currently use Victor Mono[2]). [1] https://github

Since we're sharing, my dotfiles setup has pretty much reached its final form. I use my symgr[1] to symlink my dotfiles repo into my home dir. Pretty much everything I think about this topic is in its readme, as well as a link to my se

Worth noting that Jupyter themselves announced[1] 'nbterm'[2] recently, which seems like an attempt at the same thing but it seems very very immature compared to Euporie. I don't understand why they announced nbterm at such a

I already use delta for this: https://github.com/dandavison/delta I thought delta was fairly well-known by now so I was surprised to see this project not mention it (the readme already has a section for that). I wonder

I found that this is almost completely non-working. Ctrl+q doesn't quit, cells don't run. Does it work for others? It also unfortunately uses shortcuts that are native on Mac (ctrl+up and down do "mission control" things

It's not exactly a tiling window manager, but if you can program some simple Lua then Hammerspoon is a godsend. You can program anything any of the other window managers for Mac (like Rectangle, Spectacle, etc.) can do and have complet

I really can't agree with this premise after seeing how Zig implements color-less async/await: https://kristoff.it/blog/zig-colorblind-async-await/ I highly recommend watching Andrew Kelley's video

I can still type on QWERTY without looking at keys but my skill definitely took a hit because I never use it. I bet I'd be up to par if I spent a day or two only on QWERTY again. One time I had an interview where they handed me a Windo

Learning Dvorak was one of the best decisions I've made in my career/life. It took a few weeks of effort to get back up to parity with Qwerty but it's paid off for decades .

You can get similar behavior out of the box with fzf by typing `git add **[tab]`. The difference with what I do in my aliases is that I take the choices of files to add from the output of git status.
