Net bandwidth on 802.11ac is nowhere near real 1Gbps though. Most i got out of a good 802.11ac AP that claimed 1,3Gbps was ~500-600Mbps in the real world on very close distance and it falls off pretty fast. Even the ones claiming nearly 2Gb

I wonder if any of the crawlers in the world care. What a ridiculous thing to put on a website on the public internet.

This usecase is more about running it as a homeserver, where i guess that limitation is not that important. Of course there are a lot of usecases where the Pi is the better choice.

Yes, but general public doesn't know this and Netflix is not going around advertising this with high priority. Getting/Cancelling the subscription on a per movie basis is not the intended use of Netflix anyway, so it's gaming

I guess it kind of makes sense because the Streaming-Only movies are not available to the general public in cinemas and require a paid subscription. "Normal" movies have a one-time fee too and these competitions are free advertisi

The Uni vs FH statement might have some truth to it right after graduating, but in general, even without work experience it is much mire valuable to show what you can do if we are talking about software engineering for example. After a coup

interesting, does it charge fast enough so it holds the charge until the next shower? I got my girlfriend an Apple Watch S1 which is usually at around 50-60% in the evening, but she always charges overnight and my feeling was that the induc

I don't think your examples work. If the probability of one team winning over another is 90%, that fluke fumble is an exception/outlier and should be treated as such. Same goes for the train example imo. The ACL injury thing is mo

Love the concept of the Echo, however i don't see too much value in a screen, as for most tasks you'd need that for it's usually worth the effort to pull out the phone since you are also not bound to a specific location.

Maybe on highways in good weather conditions we are close, but the chaos of cities like Paris, Madrid, Rome with their narrow roads and millions of edge case situations will be a tough problems for self driving AIs.
