Is that actually why RARBG was taken down? Because their notice did not mention that. The only reasons I’ve heard have been deaths, health issues/Covid, and the war in Ukraine

Public infrastructure does not need to make a profit, its there to provide a service not make money. USPS delivers to remote addresses no one else’s will on route that will never make money.

Deferring maintenance, focusing on how to make the most per dollar spent, making your workers lives terrible, ignoring safety. Here is how that works in American railways: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jNkYNjADoZg And why t

Public infrastructure doesn’t need to make a profit, that should never be the goal. It should be to deliver good reliable service/results at a consistent price. That is often at odds with “making profit” either from over hiring so ther

Just means the rich kids get a much better education then the poor ones which is a country failing at education. Not to mention in time you’ll just get charter school mega corps that don’t have too compete. private prisons are not Goverment

if you think privatizing the school system is going to fix it, i suggest you look at other instances of privatization (prisons for instance, or utilities in many states and provincies) and see how that went.

I don't think schools should be privately run, it often brings a profit motive to schools and that bring with it all sorts of negative outcomes and corruption. You can see how poorly that goes with private prisons and american healthca

The solution is to fix public schools not fund charter schools. That’s a failing of the Goverment more then anything else.

There is no way the cyber truck will compete with any actual offroad truck. It doesn’t have the clearance or departure angles or anything you’d want while offroading. It’s clearly made to stay on pavement unlike the rivian truck.

I’m pretty sure fighting the elements to survive includes knowing when and how close one is to water freezing, and water boiling. So I’ve yet to hear a good argument for why Fahrenheit is better here, it does not really “relate to humans”.
