Plenty of people have put thought into what to do to end war. You don't need original thoughts from me. The natural corollary of someone attacking you is not to get into an arms race. Afghanistan didn't choose Taliban. Pakistan an

A government needs to wage war at some level to exist. To eliminate war the motives for war created by governments need to be addressed. There is only one logical outcome, once you decide you don't want war.

Depends on the car. Don't buy the average car. Buy a car for which it is true. For a Japan made Lexus RX, that's true 90% of the time. In my case it's 100% true. There really is no other maintenance.

Even $0.50 per km is pretty bad. With no safety shell. I drive a used Lexus which costs me less that 30 cents per mile all up.

full reusability is the holy grail. It could have been achieved at the time of X-33 with a little bit of clever engineering. There is usually 1-2 order of magnitude cost difference between vehicle price and the gas in the tank.

there is no feasibility limit for UBI. The limit is inflation and that is decided by the component costs of products. For example if you put $30T into UBI, and everyone saved it, you wouldn't have any inflation.

have we ever "run out" of a non-renewable resource? Non-renewables just become more expensive when easily found reserves are exhausted.

dynamics are different if the company is small or big. It's like asking a person to leave a country, instead of trying to make it better. "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."
