To be fair, any country with nukes has this option. They're just not so obnoxious about it.

Mate, just trying to argue for moderation and perspective in AI hate.

I hope you are as passionately against other harmful things like flying and animal agriculture. Otherwise this is just blind fanaticism, exactly the same phenomenon we were discussing.

Yeah, we're all aware of these drawbacks. Does it mean I deserve all the hate in the world if I use AI to make graphics for my hobbyist video game? Without AI, I would simply just not make the game, so no graphic designer is losing the

Use a bit of AI somewhere without thinking too much and now the whole younger generation thinks you're Hitler.

I get this feeling that anyone right-leaning on any smarter corner of the internet is very unwilling to discuss uncomfortable politics. I presume this is largely because for many their political affiliation is emotional rather than rational

Well the current president was very anti-war in his campaign, also wanted to replace Obama care with "something better". I'm not saying the voting population in those areas is stupid, just very gullible.

Ah. I think it's better we don't discuss this topic from a mathematical perspective and agree you can indeed do a lot of different things with a lot of different outcomes.

I get what you're saying, but with the spin you need to introduce the notion of movement, mass and force. It adds complexity you might not be able to afford, especially since typically you want to investigate a whole bunch of shapes, n

It's just amazing how simple people can be when things like economic inequality, lack of affordable healthcare and housing, climate change, social security, public services etc. can all be labeled as leftist (and thus bad) issues, and

I find it weird that the credibility is only called from the side of the science. No one who already wasn't alarmed is concerned that fossil fuel companies knew all about global warming, and only started to campaign against any action

Did reality matter in Trumps campaign? Did it matter his facts were check to be consistently incorrect? I don't mean what matters to you or me, I mean what has proven to matter to the general population.

It doesn't matter what the reality is, but what it can be made to look like. The fact that Trump needs some stupid maneuvers is already a terrible look, after that it becomes a joke.
