If you were, then you would also be aware that the Japanese debt will be rolled over in perpetuity at a rate of the BoJ's choosing. Any inflationary pressures are going to come from real supply problems/limits, not monetary policy

With the moralizing about Japan's debt, you're forgetting one absolutely key fact: what Japan owes is something that Japan is the monopoly issuer of. If you leave out this fact, then everything that follows is just going to be of

When your function returns a function, it's cleaner. func funcName() -> Int -> String { return { (i: Int) -> String in return i.toString() } }

Answering my own question; you have actions call DAO objects directly, which make any async calls, which the action can then callback into and fire off another action. Adding another question; do you try to prevent stores from knowing about

How do you handle multiple stores which interact with asynchronous behavior? In the dispatcher, it looks like each callback is executed in order if you use waitsFor, but they do not wait for any aysnc behavior to complete. Do you have store

You realize the entire internet was fostered along from its infancy by that very government. I think the takeaway is that good government is good, bad government is bad. I'm not sure why this is so difficult.

I suppose you're correct. We are starting to do some image-diff based regression testing, but I'm not sure that anyone really does css TDD. TDD is in large part about getting the feedback-loop cycle as quick as possible while you

I've written software test first, and I've written it cowboy. Writing the tests first leaves me with better architecture and fewer defects. Maybe you do better with the cowboy hat on, I don't.

I've always found mixins in other languages to be absolutely horrible in terms of maintainability. They often lead to all sorts of sins and junk-drawer design. I'd prefer to see something like a clojure-ish protocol library.
