Floobits was forced to write python 6 ... or 2/3 ... for our Sublime Plugin. The python3 experience has been awful enough to completely dissuade me from using python for any other project. Completely breaking backwards compatibility

I read a study a while ago that addressed this exact problem - a CS professor gave an intro class a test on CS. The students who had a consistent view of how a computer works (no matter if it was wrong or not) turned into programmers. Eve

Uber makes a nice profit in mature markets, but that does not mean their current margins are sustainable. Its hard to imagine a future where they don't pay drivers more.

There is a decent chance your problem has been fixed by now - ggreer and I have used the Floobits plugin daily for the last couple of years. On more than one occasion, a former Screenhero user has said exactly the opposite to us. Of course

The translation to C would be * const, not const *. Const is strictly better than let because it prevents a certain class of bugs - use it everywhere possible instead of let/var.

It seems like VCs ought to be more sophisticated than to naively apply the model for SaaS to low margin consumer facing products, but I don't know enough - this really could be the case. Similarly, I have no understanding of all the mo
