I'm in my thirties and it's amazing to watch Microsoft evolve since the 90s. As a teenager I would never have imagined the words 'Open Source' would ever be in a <h1> tag on a Microsoft-branded website.

Maybe the industry could popularize a 'normalized-grade' in applications where it simply asks for the student's grade divided by the average GPA at their school? Is that a bad idea?

Apple and Google are similar to China and America. Apple has more restrictive policies within a walled garden. Google gives more freedoms but its platform is wild and open. It's easy for Apple to take advantage of Google's ecosyst

I didn't watch the video but I've gone through that guide you linked, it's excellent but I don't think it's a great comparison. It only implements a handful of commands and doesn't go into the same amount detai

I think "Full Stack Academic/Educator" is maybe better title in this case? A professor is only one part of a large ecosystem and has a very specific role within academia. When I read "Full Stack Professor" I thought

I don't think the author thinks git is broken, most likely the opposite. I often reimplement things I admire or want to learn how they work. I would guess that is one of the motivations of this project.

Good job Pirijan! I like the style very much, it feels like an old mac + a nintendo ds game + a 90's website + the future.

Interesting, has there been any reviews for this yet? All the screenshots look like it's just two phones next to each other instead of one UI that takes advantage of its unique form factor. I'm also surprised they don't use b
