I forgot to add " mostly scarcely useful", instead of "scarcely useful". There are some things that make sense, like file system library and async I/O library that you've mentioned (althrough I don't agre

I think they're referring to OO style (a member function) and imperative style (loose functions). But unifying those makes no sense to me.

Find a specific field your language would be useful to. I tend to think that having it be a scripting language (eg. one that's ment to be used as, for example, creating quests / scripting events. Like old Gothic [I and II] used to

I can't imagine python's BC run faster than a binary (C# sometimes can, but python?). Care to elaborate how do you picture that happening?

Though it will run faster than a python script that wasn't compiled to binary, that's a given.

Great. I was looking forward to a good alternative with decent syntax to PHP, and now that ASP.NET can run on linux, there's nothing that stops people from using it over PHP. Honestly I wonder what reason would one have to choose PHP o

It's good that C++ is evolving, but I'm not sure if it evolves in the right way. Basically, consider a ball of meat. The meat is rotting, nobody would eat it anymore, so fresh meat is slapped on it. And the process repeats numerou

About gin, you're right, I think. But what else to use in case the app crashes? A simple shell script to restart the executable whenever it crashes (even though it shouldn't)? :) And what about hot code reloads? You'd have to

Relating to redeploying code, did you give https://github.com/codegangsta/gin a look? Also, any particular reason to not use a web framework such as gin-gonic for routing and templating? It simplifies some things down

Hey, I saw craftstudio (your previous product before), and I fairly liked the way you could create models there. Is that the case with superpowers aswell, or are we limited to modelling using 3rd party tools? Any plans for shaders?
