42U rack?? What do you have in it? I have a 2U self built SAN and a 2U Dell server. The SAN has 24TB on it and can scale up to 96TB. At most I'd need a backup of that and a replica of the other server for most ideal purposes at home

This isn't a news article by The Globe and Mail, it's an opinion piece by Thomas Homer-Dixon published in The Globe and Mail's Op-Ed (Opposite the Editorial Page) section. One of the biggest tragedies of misinformation online

This is true here, as well. I once asked about something related to SSL/TLS (fairly politely) and was kind of mockingly escorted by some groupies to the corner since I apparently responded to an Apache developer. I was just trying to

While I appreciate the need to curb potential cheating, and I've participated in a few (one at my alma mater, one at DefCon, if you want to count Build It Break It Fix It, and a couple others), I really personally don't like the f

I found out recently that I'm "pre-banned" from Facebook. I don't know why, nor do I care. I stayed off of Facebook for a long time, because I figured it was a stupid idea. In a moment of drunk weakness I decided to s

Might want to read this thread: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-3230 It's pretty interesting technically, and it's not really affecting 2.16.0 much except in weird edge-cases.

A certificate expiration to disable tor browser is some serious tinfoil hat stuff. Certificate duration is usually extremely long, so they would have to have been in some long-con with an intelligence agency or something. I haven't no

Which non-consensual telemetry are you talking about? You mean the "experiments"? That's all consensual... Or are you talking about something I'm unaware of?

THANK YOU! I used to use this extension, but when they went to WebRTC I couldn't find this extension anymore and gave up looking for it. Haven't used this in years but is easily one of the best tab interfaces ever invented. Edit:
