People are not always just pro and contra topics. They aren't sceptic or enthusiasts. Normal people can simply have questions about topic as well as most people aren't pure fan-boys.

I thought dark patterns were user interfaces where you e.g. want to deny all cookies but there is only a big green button to accept everything and only a small light-grey x that opens the settings... On the other hand it IS being critizied

I learned in linguistics that brains can't think in negations and at first understand the unnegated and then negate it. Popular example: "Don't think of a pink elephant." And you'll think of a pink elephant...

There is a not yet public API. But there's a law in Germany that should make this kind of data available in a central "Mobilithek". Mobilitätsdatenverordnung (MDV) And I think there's even something in the EU on the way.

I use a 2014 Chromebook with GalliumOS and it's the only notebook I need. Sadly Gallium isn't developed anymore and the battery isn't very strong anymore.

Well, cool. Speeding is the main source of accidents. Even escooters know where they are and reduce the maximum speed in some zones. Nobody ever was killed with an escooter. Why can't we restrict cars to the speed they are supposed to
