My only qualm with UBI is that it needs to be Universal in the non-discriminating sense. I don't see how that could perform better than a system that at least attempts to discriminate between good and bad actors. Not to underestimate t

my theory is that Elon does not truly believe that AI poses an immediate threat but that he needs to spin it that way because people are more open to the idea of augmenting themselves (neural lace) in face of an existential threat, whereas
