I have no idea why it happened, but there are still some forks [0] around, the last updated one I saw being [1], updated 5 months ago. The opencollective page [2] seems to be still up, with a balance of zero. [0]: https://web.arc

Took me a while too. The domain (explordle) would have made it kind of obvious given the current trends of wordle clones, but I was misled by HN title which seemed to imply (imo at least) it was some kind of exploration app instead of a gue

Exactly. Might turn out great for kids as a first initiation to animation, will definitely try with my daughter!

iirc evoland 2 was made with Heaps, and evoland 1 with what then became heaps.

This is built with haxe / hashlink / heaps, which work perfectly fine on linux so there should be no problem getting it to steam deck.

But look, there are only 2 items left, and 5 have been sold in the past hour. Also, 15 people are also currently looking at this product, so you better hurry and buy it before it's too late! ... or before you think twice and realize yo

Yeah, got same issue on desktop. I can see how it's supposed to work but it doesn't work on dark themed systems because colors don't match at all.

Yeah it does make sense :) Did you think about a race where you also _lose_ "distance points" when you travel faster than some speed? Like a malus for car use, great malus for plane, etc. Would be best if it could refrain from rem

I like this :) 18km/h is a little low imo (looking at my strava stats I'm usually just over 20km/h on my commute rides) but it's a good idea to add a limit Couple remarks on the website itself: - enable SSR if possible,

I agree about the waste of space and the seemingly bad design, but there's one thing I like about this: drivers have to use the crosswalk to get to their car, on (I suppose) busy streets. That's something far too uncommon (at leas

Another issue with all these free returns is that they try (and often succeed) to make us buy more while thinking less. Why would I consider carefully if I really want something if I can order it, use it for a couple days and _then_ decide

I don't like this example. It's a _limit_, not the speed at which you have to go. Just go 5 MPH under the limit and you'll be fine. Of course if you always are on the edge there will be moments when you go over the edge, but
