Do you rewrite all the apps that are out there as your own kustomize charts or what do you mean by "its eco system"

And those who will master creating weapons in the shadows will overthrow interpol and rule mankind. I’d say in an ideal future humans wouldn’t want to create weapons.

If you want to make it easy, then the best way to go is to download Windows ISO from Microsoft. Then install Wifi driver if it is not working out of the box. Then install something like Dell Command Update to install the rest of the drivers

Yes you have to use what they ship. Because they force you to. You cannot turn off one drive nagging. You cannot turn off the start menu search. When installing windows these days you have to use a Microsoft account and so on. Yes there are

Why are you taking it personally if I don’t use Linux on a desktop? There is more to it why I got the MacBook. And setting up a Linux console VM is indeed much faster and easier than fiddling with Nouveau and NVIDIA drivers.

I tried Linux Desktop recently. Two different distros, both did not want to start up the graphical part due to some nouveau problem out of the box. Yes, I can set nomodeset, but the fiddling already starts before using it? And this was not

That’s true. Using k8s to host a static website would be silly. Generally I only use it when I see a compelling case for it and the introduced complexity takes away complexity from somewhere else.

Of course. And I can achieve a Webserver in C. Doesn’t mean it’s the best way given the circumstances. There are many ways in tech to achieve the same result. I don’t understand why people constantly need to point that out. I also don’t und

In my home environment I run a VM with docker for that. In a commercial environment I’d still use kubernetes. But maybe something like k3s or if we are in a cloud environment something like EKS. Usually with time other services get added to

Need no. But it’s nice especially since I have the know how. Creating a new deployment is just super fast. Developers can deploy their own apps etc. And then there is Helm. If we only decide by “need” then most of the time we also wouldn’t

That's right. Just got a new Macbook Pro for myself last week. Couldn't be happier. My Windows PC has been downgraded to a pure gaming appliance and now is kind of collecting dust.
