Would be cool if it was possible to run it as a blind tournament to avoid subconsciously choosing my current font (although it's still possible to just recognize it). I ended up with my current IDE font (Fira Code) winning. Could be th

VSCode with Gitlens is the best git GUI experience I've had. I prefer most operations via git cli, but for commiting partial changes and merge conflicts, it's everything I could ask for.

Microsoft has also ruined that. Whatsmore Teams (at least on Linux) appears to be Skype under-the-hood with just a different UI. Even the name of the audio device for Teams remains unchanged.

There are so many things wrong with that app's UX. I would rather listen to worse quality on Youtube than bother opening that app.

With LG C9 I haven't seen a single ad in a year since I've had it. There are large amounts of tracking being blocked by pi.hole however. One LG domain has been blocked 22.5k times in past 8.5 months.

How come DNS requests initiated from Chrome/FF still reach my pi-hole and get blocked just fine? I would think this browsers' solution would have prevented that.

Worked well for me, thank you! Top bar menus won't stay open and can't be used unless I hold mouse down and navigate with arrows. Linux and compiled from source.

Good solution if one doesn't care at all about cars they drive. I could save 500€ a month with this solution but I'd much rather drive a 20l/100km V8 than a sweaty public ecobox.

To be fair if being scraped were opt-in (Robots Inclusion Standard?) instead of opt-out, we might have a completely different technological world. Who knows.

VR seems more promising than AR for consumers. Do regular people really have valid AR use cases?

VSCodium ( https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium ) is a better alternative. Same but no Microsoft branding and telemetry.
