Do you always give people legal advice based on your wild fantasies about how law works?

Does he really need to lay out a plan for that? Getting a new IP is absolutely trivial these days, and if you need to move around between subnets, that's easy too.

Apple has been getting sloppier and sloppier over the past 5 years or so. For instance, even if you have selected "automatically set my timezone based on my location", it won't update unless you actually open the date/ti

The part that confused me was his claim that these are "necessary expenses" when in fact, they aren't. Very shaky ground.

I know a few people who are (separately from one another) working on the same concept. Good luck. The idea is right, and there can be multiple winners in the space. Paying a monthly subscription to be able to "live" in a few major

Nullify the patents? Why? A lot of R&D has gone into making the best GPU's what they are. What makes you feel entitled to that IP?

Launched something very similar last year and learned that integrations with existing security scanning tools was more important than building our own from scratch. We actually open sourced our linux agent ( https://github.com

You're the only one who has used the term "conspiracy" here. Again (for the 5th time you've been told) Microsoft has used exceptionally broad terminology to describe what data they are collecting. Since you're the o

Looks like they're trying to shave MS off of user requests any way they can. Was probably a pretty fun project. Beats sitting and staring at an empty JIRA task list for 8 hours.
