Curious about the coorelation between scalability and performant vs over time and over budget. Of course scalable and performant is nice. I have also been on teams that delivered absolutely nothing because the KPIs were more important than

One day you will look back at your current state and either be amazed that you stuck through your current state to get to some new chapter, or wonder what would have happened if you hadn't given up. This kind of thing is supposed to be

I feel that. I have even done that myself. Typically written by folks who aren't even aware of the problems they are trying to solve, no tests, and event and timer leaks.

I don't know how this compares to your i7, but I dabble around using Pro Tools w/ about 15 or 20 tracks at a time with several effects running in unison, on an M1 Pro processor w/ only 16 gigs RAM, and I typically stay under

It had work in it that I put in before, but it wasn't entirely all mine, nor did it have all the original work I put in the first time.

That part is understandable. Perfecting your craft requires many hours of hard work and dedication, and you can never know everything. For me, I work on a lot of open-source as side projects, so there's always the coding "somethin

I have been caught off-guard by coding tasks in the middle of an interview that I thought was more geared for casual conversation, and it's not always a comfortable feeling, but sometimes it can prevent either party from wasting a lot

An interactive whiteboard / live coding session is by far greater than any homework assignment, in my opinion. W/ an interactive session, you get instant feedback (either verbally or via emotional cues) into what they are expectin

I understand what you're saying, however, I think that a lot of the criteria used in these homework assignments can instead be worked out via some conversation to judge the depth of knowledge and culture fit. I've passed tech inte

It would be interesting if Google tweaked their Chromium licensing so that Edge couldn't use it. Then Microsoft wouldn't have a browser at all.

What about Safari? From my experience, most WebRTC issues (i.e. Teams) are involved around Safari instead of Firefox or Chrome, provided the SDP negotiation is sequenced correctly.

I use React a lot, as well as hooks (though, generally, I find that many hooks aren't even necessary w/ a bit of refactoring of the app logic). With that in mind, I wonder how difficult it will be for them to add signal support in
