Sometimes its team specific. E.g. Recruiting team if you plan on a hiring freeze for 12 months etc.

You can report everything to the taxman. Wash trading in this context isnt to do with taxes. Its about how you hard it is to verify claimed sale prices since you can transact with yourself.

You can see in the receipt how it says "high demand" next to technology fee :). I don't have an article, but I used to work for a major rideshare co, hence the industry knowledge.

The cost charged wasn't for the technology. Taxis and cabs are regulated with fixed time/mileage rates. Uber isn't. It can charged dynamic pricing. The work around for Taxi apps is to shift this dynamic price into the "t

Also consider that YC at the start had few companies per batch. Also a tonne of large acquisitions.

Hi Peter, for visas for YC Founders. Have you heard about passright? or do you recommend working with a lawyer directly? Interested in O1 or IEPP. (but open to other options)

My experience on the credentials: You need a trusted 3rd party to certify that your degree is equivalent. Your lawyer should be able to find the right certifier. e.g. https://www.naces.org

I'm a current YC founder. Looking to apply for either the O1 or IEPP. Is there even a rough sense of the timeline for IEPP? Can I apply for both while on the visa waiver?

Keep in mind "traditional" car rentals are one of the most hated places to be. Not much better.

Don't they split the prize if there are multiple winners? How can they ensure +EV? They could spend money to buy every combination but split the jackpot with multiple winners? Am I missing something?
