Has Tesla moved to 48V in any platform beyond the Cybertruck? Last I read, they have delivered ~4000 of them, and I don't know that they've updated the manufacturing of the existing lines to 48V yet.

Agreed. He does this work repeatedly, no budget, and it's hard to get people to spend time working on efforts like these, whether it be technical or legal.

A project is underway to add a 2nd tunnel using a tunnel border. This increases the effective width from one to two lanes of traffic in each direction; four total lanes between the two tunnels. The borer moves 50-60 feet per day; at this

Microsoft does a good job with KEDA, providing an open source autoscaling architecture that isn't tied to Azure. https://keda.sh/ - project website https://github.com/kedacore/ - code

Largely agree with you, but also wonder if this is something that will change with time. 30 years from now, maybe the big streamers start to drop license deals for older music that few listen to.

It's inexplicable that a critical service such as Teams goes down in multiple geographies simultaneously - unless the root cause is an attacker who knew exactly where to push.

It is appalling that the M365 PG resists the transparency that Azure has - no login required to see status & publicly accessible post incident reports. The best they have is an unverified Xitter account.

My read of this is 'don't write your own auth library'. If you want to rely on someone else to host it, or host it yourself, that's up to you and entirely fine. Different pros and cons of each approach; neither is perf

This is why warrant canaries can be useful in privacy policies, at least for smaller/startup companies. The apple/google/microsoft/amazon/metas of the world would have had to remove the canary long ago, though.

Thats's the thing about accessibility - it's a rising tide that lifts all ships. Once, curb ramps were introduced for people in wheelchairs. Now they're an expectation of any sidewalk for their convenience. Same here.

I first became aware of Isambard through the late works of Sting, in "Ballad of the Great Eastern", on "The Last Ship" album. Catchy song. It tells a darker story, likely taking some liberties with this legend. https:
