I thought this app was dead. I used to use it years ago when it first came out-it was a great way to consume your news. Then the advertisers and paywalls came in and ruined it.

Fake typing in python was a terrible idea I can't believe got merged in. The initial version where you had to import new typing classes was particularly ugly. Now it is mitigated somewhat with as you would expect builtin type hints. Th
