Probably you talk to a designer, or if that's not possible then deliberately copy the look of existing websites which you believe look nice. Clearly you already have CSS, which is all that's required for a site to look any way tha

I think that your best employees are the people who are most likely to leave a company of their own accord, and so if you rely on attrition to reduce headcount you will also reduce the average quality of your workers.

I live in very central Berlin, and regularly go 'mountain' biking after work. You can ride from the city to endless forests in like 30 minutes in relative safety. There's also a huge amount of green space in the city itself.
