It’s as simple as “Hey gAI, I sent an email about xyz the other day, have you had a chance to look at it?” No need to say nothing but hi or be indirect.

In the US, it seems at the policy level this would be impossible to implement. From a practicality level, it would take very long to validate to the point of stifling innovation (good or bad) and would require international cooperation. Com

I understand sales tax is in theory regressive, but this seems wrong/naive upon scrutiny because you would assume higher earners consume more than low earners, thus contribute more sales tax in absolute terms, if not quite in relative

Perhaps this is the law, but unlike some other states, there is rarely signage to remind drivers (though I doubt even still it would the followed or enforced).

I don’t have either, but it seems to me a PHEV is a great EV alternative for people who do a lot of local (city) driving and also occasionally need a vehicle to do weekend trips for camping, etc, where charging is not available or an inconv

You can use a robot for screws, but things like wiring can be difficult or impossible for a robot. Not to mention for low volume, setting up robotics isn’t worth it.

I think one of the better potential use cases for AR is for manufacturing work instructions. Typically, these are in binders or displayed on screens, but highlighting assembly steps, part orientations/locations, etc virtually would be

I don’t doubt that these interactions have some minuscule effect on pinball performance, but I’m skeptical that you couldn’t get close enough with some relatively simple models. Eg count the lights on and model a draw in remaining power ava

IKEA has mid and high tier options in a number of categories. While certainly not necessarily comparable to premium mass-produced furniture brands, definitely a step up.

I’m skeptical that shortcuts and button layouts are patentable. I understand that the underlying behavior may be. All major mechanical cad platforms basically have the same tool ribbons and sketching functionality.

At what point is preventing evaporation a bad thing? I realize that we have already done quite a bit to change when and where water evaporates, but doesn’t moving where, if ever, the water evaporates affect the local water cycle?
