A lot of the things - especially the good visualization you are referring is already possible with Netflix Conductor. It's OSS and free and also has a company called Orkes backing it. I think they also have C# SDK which I can't vo

Doesn’t regular flights from China fly into US everyday? How hard would it be to hide and survey the path with some equipment? I understand it won’t cover a lot given restrictions in flight path, but there are a lot of cities into which the

So now I’m wondering who else will SBF take down with him. There is a pretty good chance he has knowledge of similar situations in Binance or Tether. This should be an interesting trial.

What’s surprising is Tether seems to keep getting away with enquiries against them. Does anyone really believe that they have enough cash to cover all the Tether coins out there?

Any idea why this thread is flagged? Is it because most of the comments are just back and forth between who likes and dislikes this?

I’m still amused by how much investment still VCs make into this space. If the industry shakes the bad apples out that would be truly great for the entire economy.

My thinking is that it will circle around to that. Meaning one or two streaming providers will remain and all content will be published there and likely the producers and studios will make the same amount of money regardless. Might be even

It’s purely anecdotal but me and a bunch of people I know reduced driving quite a bit since the prices went up. Is it possible that the demand went down? Could the recent price movements be partially attributed to the demand supply paradigm

So this is not really a low-code system. But we manage a lot of our workloads using Netflix Conductor. Its a great platform that naturally promotes re-use of expensive functions. And it has a lot of resiliency features built in, which avoid

The leverage was mainly for settlement risks given trades settle T+2. Robinhood AFAIK does not offer leveraging trading. It offers margin trading and it’s possible that they had lend too much.

Netflix Conductor is great alternative to Temporal. There is a fully managed offering for this as well. The biggest advantage is that it’s quite simple to understand and has great visualization of flows.

This is great to see. We have been using Conductor and I think having a dedicated company to support this will be a huge boost for Conductor OSS. As Ingrid points out, it seems the need pattern. Build and open source something while at a bi

We used to hand wire flows until we discovered Conductor. The best part is that it makes is so much more easier to debug really complex flows. It also serves as a real time design documentation for your orchestration.

It’s one of those things. Until Amazon does this to you, you will love that company no matter how many people they will screw over. Mind you this company basically is a monopoly in multiple domains. I’m afraid of the world where we align wi
