Pretty sure I don't need to explain how your comment misses the point entirely.

The gestures were nothing alike[0] and living in Germany I can tell you most people here agree on what it looks like. [0] https://x.com/C_Kavanagh/status/1882176442689331410

I love Desmos. It's been a valuable tool over the years for all sorts of things, many of which were game design related.

You don't really have a choice, you have to have insurance for breaches (HIPAA term, not strictly the typical cybersec term, means any loss of control of information that results in potential of dissemination of PII).

Not even that. You always have insurance for this stuff.

We already have this with (iirc) postMessage API.

That, and "cyber security" wasn't really a formalized field. It arguably still isn't, depending on how the question's framed.

I wasn't really referring much to the UI as I was the fact that it does it to begin with. The thinking in deepseek trails off into its own nonsense before it answers, whereas I feel openai's is way more structured.

Not sure if the author is the one who added support but it'd be great to get a somewhat in depth explanation as to how a target was added to Rust! The docs surrounding this kind of... leave a lot to the imagination.

Not sure what the fuss is. I tried Deepseek earlier today for the first time and it was even worse than o1 when it came to reasoning skills and following my requests for how I wanted to engage with it. o1 at least gives it to me straight. W

Yep. I learned Java just to hack a math program in middle school. It had a hint button that would eventually give you the answer but would dock your progress by quite a bit if you used it at all. I modified it to run the "solve answer&

I find that part interesting too. There are a lot of chicken-and-egg situations you have to solve with them. Interesting breed of challenge.

Well, yes and no. I was more interested in what it did and how it worked rather than 'using' it, I just remember it causing a lot of problems. But yes, this was around the time I learned not to run random executables I found on th

Was this a particular tool that required charging up a lazer, by chance? If so, I might have been one of the people you taught a lesson to. :D

This happened a lot on old gaming forums where hacks were being produced. When I was much younger I looked up to a game cheats writer on an old forum since he taught me about how they worked, which I found extremely cool (still do!). It act

It's "quietly public" but I've been working on a novel kernel design, this (12th, and final) rewrite undergoing development for about a year now. https://github.com/oro-os/kernel It's a user-le

You can absolutely introduce free-less allocators and the like, as well as use `ManuallyDrop` or `Box::leak`. Rust just asks that you're explicit about it.

The HTTP imports astound me. Having little control over how bundlers fetch code randomly screams vulnerability vector. How people are okay with it is wild to me.

I had the same experience. I vaped way more than I smoke, and it really is the nicotine that affects me the worst in the mid term. Pouches are expensive here after the tax hike and they make me feel dizzy and the gum makes me sick. I also s

Assume from the paper this simulator does not contain the software patch that fixed it? I'd be curious to see the "patch" for this that would, spelled out in more modern code (not sure what the original Therac was written in)

Thanks but I'm not really looking for advice. Where I live vape juice is exorbitantly priced. Plus there are other habitual issues with vaping, such as vaping indoors which overall increases my intake. Pouches aren't always a solu
