How disappointing! About a month in review. Rejected (2.8): https://developer.apple.com/appstore/mac/resources/approval/... . Appealed. Rejected again. 'Too simple'. 'Add more features'. Bah! Just a simple tool to get RSS-feeds back into O

The solution: break your task into smaller chunks (< 1 day). Then estimate for the week, max. "At the end of the week, X will be done.". After then, scope will be more clear for the tasks following... PS: I've noticed that code gets est

I don't think it is appreciable, since Samsung is one of the biggest copycat companies ever. I was shopping for a washing machine recently, and it struck me how blatantly Samsung copies features from Miele. You can say what you want about N

It's about two subtle design cue's: swipable page with 4*4 icons - spacing - 4 fixed icons. Call icon with white on similar hue of green in bottom left.

This is getting ridiculous. If you wanna draw dynamically, use canvas or use data/base64 as the image src.

This will kill your performance... function calls are slow, but calling them via call_user_func is crazy slow.

Nasa TV has a hidden video stream for their iPad app ( http://liveips.nasa.gov.edgesuite.net/msfc/Wifi.m3u8 ), works great on Safari as well. Post here: http://t.co/b9jSxeqI

I just gave this a go. In both Safari and Firefox I cannot see a performance difference. Good. I say give this method a go :) But maybe my experiment is flawed: https://gist.github.com/2340375

Nice little gimmick, thanks! We put it in our sign-up script as well. Since most of our clients are Dutch, we added the most popular Dutch e-mail providers (+ a big German + Belgian): casema.nl, chello.nl, hetnet.nl, home.nl, kpnmail.nl, kp

Using ST2 for one of our apps, running within Phonegap. Performance is so-so. No match for native. Pretty easy development though.

Wow, that looks pretty well done. The iBooks App is in the App store right now too. The format is HTML-based, with some proprietary extension ( -ibooks-layout-hint: anchor; in CSS etc). But don't expect an Android reader anytime soon...
