Do you really need Google Analytics if you just have a small personal website? Now that we know the privacy cost, is it worth sending yet another node of a user’s browsing behavior from a presumably well intended personal website?

This is good humoured satire and reminds me of my first job as a data scientist straight out of maths school. I was in a team who’s very existence was to advocate for ML everywhere and anywhere, without much success because everyone (includ

I’m lactose intolerant and have no issue with cheese and gelato in Italy. Most Italian cheeses have little to no lactose. Not sure what the case is with gelato but it doesn’t seem to have an effect on me (this is anecdotal). Also pizza in I

The key differentiator is the camera on the Pro, which significantly increases the cost. Some people will pay a premium for the privilege of owning the top model and yet others will go for the Pro precisely because of the more advanced came

I tried both the Sony XM3 and Bose NC 700 and went for the latter. Mostly personal preference for size, weight, fit as ANC and sound quality are pretty even. The Bose though is superior for calls. Never had a problem.

Really excited by this as well. I couldn’t really wrap my head around the proposed API changes for PyMC4. I find PyMC3 to be a pleasure to work with and understand! Will the JAX backend and integration with external JAX modules mean that we

YouTube does this very thing. If you aren’t signed in (which I am not and never will), the whole page loads for enough time that you can press play only for the Sign In To YouTube Music account pop up to appear, which pauses and resets the

My first course in linear algebra was extremely formal with very little practical examples or visual intuition. It’s easy not to appreciate just how much intuition can go a long way in helping us understand a concept, even if the intuition
