What if I already have static HTML and just need a host? No builds (I do them locally), no frameworks, just an HTML structure. I'd love to just be able to point to a git repo and have the site published through Cloudflare, since it alr

Aren't all subjects at school like that? Isn't this expected with general education before allowing students to specialize? I wouldn't think it's possible to teach every subject in a way that every student enjoys it.

When was the last time you compiled Swift code? Xcode's new(er) build system has solved many of the scaling issues that affected the previous system, to the point where it scales linearly (on large enough projects) even on a 28/56

On your last point, would that include the jenkins-agent.jar file? If so, is there a way to dynamically add it? We download our agent jars on boot which I'm pretty sure would replace the preview permission, so it'd be great to add

That's not true. They're requiring all executables to be signed on Apple Silicon systems, but that's as an ad hoc signature added by the linker at link time. There's no additional cost or overhead on AS.

GP meant from remote devices, like a phone, to somewhere the developer can see it, like a logging service. OSLog can't even log to a local file, making it fairly useless for in app logging even in testing, as there's no way to see

Isn't the "Single Responsible Individual" practice fairly common at Apple? That is, maybe one person "responsible" for some specific class, app, or system, in addition to day to day work? I've read about the ma

In that case, landing features decreasing benchmark performance should be accompanied by a corresponding performance increase. The WebKit project has done this for nearly 20 years.

Oddly, it doesn't look like Chapter 1 exists in the book, despite its mention in the index. Even the 2017 version is missing it.

This would be more true if sites like GitHub would allow uploading and embedding of MP4 files where they allow GIFs. But that's not usually the case unless you go through something Gyfy first.
