Hmmm I got this response when I submitted the form: pop.com is not blocked by this blocklist Probable causes: - An other blocklist blocking it? - Regex? - An older version of this list contained it? > Make sure you are using the latest v

We haven't yet measured audio latency, but our main product ( https://screen.so ) is all about low latency screen sharing, so we're very interested in reducing lag of all sorts. Performance is something we'll focus

Since our company is personally bootstrapped by me, answering this will divulge more of my personal financial situation than I would like to share. However, I can say that I worked with https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=t

Not at all! We'd originally bought pop.com to be the new home for screen.so, but once we made this new product, we wanted to launch it asap. Our plan is to merge the two in the near future, and work on the intersection between 2D and 3

Pop founder here. We’re a team of 5, and folks from our team have built products like Screenhero, Slack Calls, and most recently, Screen.so. Pop lets you have a video call in 3D, with positional audio. It works in a browser, without any dow

If the theory is correct, Zoom fatigue exists because videoconferencing is a worse experience than in-person conversations. Media quality, latency, the inability to use most of our motor/sensory apparatus, all contribute to micro-frust

In 2015, when we joined, Slack’s Mac app was using "MacGap" (i.e. the PhoneGap/Cordova model but for Mac). Electron was being used for Windows only, and it was a lot later that it became the platform for Slack’s Mac, Windows

A/V set up: good point. We can definitely improve this, although we’d need to be mindful to not add too much clutter to the already-dense minipanel. Digital multiplayer whiteboard: we sort of do. You can draw even outside of a screen s

A simple fix for the specific issue you mentioned is to stop sharing your screen for however long you want, while still staying in the meeting. You can then turn it back on whenever you’d like. Having said that, I’ve heard this request a fe
