Came across this already today. In order for the creative director to view the site on my local machine he asked for the IP address. I decided instead to install a local DNS server. Am I crazy? Also, anyone else know of an easy way to get P

I think that's the angle we're going to take. It just came as a bit of a shock when I first saw it. Thanks for the great response!

I'm thinking about it. We already have an office and aren't interested in investors at this time, so I'm not sure what else we can get out of this. Anybody from BootUpNYC care to respond?

I couldn't find this anywhere, so I hope someone else finds it useful. It's a simple plugin for Wordpress that allows the Twitter Tools plugin to publish URLs using a URL shortening service. I used my favorite, bit.ly in this example. Also,

In our experience, we received a high bounce rate of 80+% and about a 20 second time spent on page. This is definitely some of the worst traffic you can get. Some days you'll get much worse results, like 95% bounce and 8 seconds on page. Ke

It's been 1 year and you're broke. Where do you plan on spending your time, on Yonkly and the book? Do you have any other next steps? Great story and congrats on your engagement!

It's nice to get traffic. It makes me feel like we're doing well. But how frustrating it is to see it's all related to porn. Will I get isolated to porn only searches by Google?
