Thats where i find myself today, everything in on fire and we have no time to reflect on what we did and reinforce the learning. Fortunately many opportunities are popping up… i am unsure if it really is better elsewhere though

The easy way is the to take a azure vm, get it exactly how you want it, and take a snapshot. Now when you want a new dev vm just build it from the snapshot. Not the best way, but one of the easier ways

That has not been my experience, I regularly RDP to a workstation and code from there. We even ran our Dev machines in Azure over RDP/WAN. Only those on <30Mbps connections had noticable issues

I recommend using the chrome plugin https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/audio-channel/hafd... to apply your own compression to the audio signal for chrome-based playback.

I live inthe interior, about 5hrs from Vancouver, and we are only cut off from Vancouver and Calgary...but our grocery stores are now out\very low on vegetable and dairy. I suspect some panic buying, but very sobering to see how fragile our

They are excellent compared to standard ear-plugs. Not as much reduction in harmful sounds (do not use with heavy equipment for example) but do a great job of equally attenuating a wide freq band.

Noise reduction only works so good...but when the "noise" you do not want to hear is speech, they have a much harder time.

A hearing test is done to compare your thresholds to what is considered "normal". Without controlled test environment you cannot compare as your test environment will change your thresholds, and therefore make the test invalid.
