I had a similar situation at the apartment I used to rent. Unfortunately they didn't care to correct it, so I removed the battery from my lock and only used the physical key. My fob copy still works there last I checked...

Of course not. However there should certainly be a risk assessment with regards to citizens of foreign countries known to steal IP or otherwise perform hostile actions.

It can be minor but still cause a cancellation. It may be non-obvious to the immediate ground crew that it's trivial, and an abundance of caution is obviously ideal when it comes to flight safety.

Interesting, my insurance covered it last year. However it was related to eye trauma rather than a regular vision visit, so perhaps that's why.

You can easily use ebooks from anywhere on the Kindle. However, agreed on the DRM. Blindsided me when I tried to open some comics I had purchased on my computer (to read them in color). Luckily others have already made tools to remove that

Typically the university itself handles consequences for cheating, plagiarism, etc. Repeated issues often leads to the student being expelled.

Their hypothetical score is irrelevant, as they will be receiving a zero due to cheating. In your hypothetical scenario they are still cheating, in which case their improved score would also become a zero.

It is at the universities whose policies I'm familiar with, yes. At both universities I have attended it was included in the policy alongside all the typical cheating and plagiarism rules.

At the universities I'm familiar with, looking up and using previous exams (not provided by the teacher) is explicitly considered cheating.

He did not sabotage them - the usual punishment is at minimum a zero on the relevant assignment/test/etc., and frequently extends to outright failing out of the class. Scoring worse on the test due to their cheating is irrelevant

Water supposedly isn't much of an issue after initial setup due to a high recycle rate. Trucking a shitload of water out initially should be a drop in the bucket as far as costs go.

Worked well for me as well in mildew-y car, still had a smell after replacing all carpet and cleaning every reachable surface. Ozone with air running for an hour resolved it nicely.

I assume they were referring to doctor groups such as the AMA which actively work to limit the number of doctors.
