This Quadra method stems from the "Eisenhower Decision Principle". Tasks are evaluated using the criteria important/unimportant and urgent/not urgent, and then placed in quadrants in an Eisenhower Matrix. - Important

Exactly right. You're making my point for me. :-) Oracle can now say it has one solution, whereas with IBM the attention is split between Terraform and OpenTofu. If you're an enterprise customer, do you want your enterprise deplo

It's even better when you see the logo is made of 8 switches. In other words, 8 bits that make a byte. I'm a former Sun employee and loved that logo so much.

If you want a small stepping stone toward Versus, you can add Rust debug_assert for preconditions and postconditions; the Rust compiler strips these out of production builds by default. Example from the Versus tutorial with verification:

Sure does look horrific. :-) That's because it's the same code from 2008, long before Ruby had the Unicode handlers. In fact it's the same code as for many other programming languages, all the way back to Perl in the mid-1990

USV defaults to UTF-8, which prevents the issue of Unicode buffer overflow-- presuming you mean the typical kind where Unicode flows into ASCII. The primary USV library implementation uses Rust, which is notably good at UTF-8 and conversion
