Discworld's Going Postal and Making Money by Terry Pratchett are worth checking out. They are sort-of about startups; the main character has to re-organize the Post Office and the Banking system.

The best sword-fighting game I've come across has been Defenders of the Crown. Very quick little fights, mess up three times and you die. For an example of an original martial arts fighting game, Toribash is worth checking out and seems ver

The carrier is really matter of where you are. Where I am, refusing to switch from AT&T makes no sense. AT&T are by far the worst carrier to have around here, with their service seldom having coverage at all; Sprint has good service

You are saying that if the G1 were any thinner, you would like it less. Is this what you intended to say?

It would make more sense if the button was labeled, "I can't; I'm under 18!" I can't imagine many working people would be thrilled at the latest Pinnochio news.

Looks nice, but the best way to go into competition with Apple is to release their phone for a different service provider, like Sprint or Verizon. We know Pre is for Sprint, so why is this one likely to be for AT&T? This would be a bad

If Linus had kept Linux closed source, people would have still been perfectly within their rights to write a manual about how to write programs for that operating system as long as they didn't sign a NDA. I doubt anyone who read HP signed a

I tried JEdit like two years ago or so and found it to be an excellent editor, but that the startup time of approx. 10 seconds was unbearable. Have they fixed that yet?

Oh, woops! Misread TextEdit for TextMate! That said, I find that Wordpad is a fantastic simplistic tool for creating school papers. For Linux I tend to use the slightly more complex (yet still very clean) LyX.
