any time data is shown in the article, it should be best to provide access to raw data as anyone can analyze with their own angle. When I see static graphs and analysis I smell distorted facts. (of course in this case you can do search, but

My knowledge may be limited, but some of the things they do is beyond me. - they came up with 3 different chargers so far, and may come with more types opposite to industry standard. - phones goes from 16gb to 64gb, no 32gb - Their mac char

I think its very location dependent as well. In some countries you get support quick vs others. I wonder it may be the laws of the country force companies to do that.
