Thanks! I'll definitely forward your advice to the designer who made those graphics. Hopefully if she has some time she can bring them into line! Your eye for typography has also bested mine, the distortion didn't occur to me until you poin

I'm not directly part of the Enyo team, but I know that members have been working on an improved and unified Sampler app, to give a feel for using all of the components within an actual deployed app. Filling out the documentation is also de

We've also launched a redesign of the website (now live at http://enyojs.com/ . Like Enyo 2.0, it's cross-platform, responsive, and definitely open for criticism. If you have any suggestions on how we can make the website or the framework

Thanks for the information! I doubt it will come to a confrontation, but it's been an itch I couldn't scratch for almost a year now pondering the implications.

It's not exactly an isolated case. When I turned 18 I was presented with the same document. To my mother's dismay, I pointed out the flaws and then marked in the necessary negatives in pen to render the document useless before signing it. S

I'm not certain that I agree with your point. I love computer science, and credit my interest in programming with the vast majority of my intellectual development, but that doesn't necessarily make it better at developing students intellect

What Marshall's saying here is important. However, I don't think he said it as well as he could have, or as well as the topic deserves. I go through similar (if less extreme) cycles, and the depressive state can be debilitating. I looked at

I couldn't agree more on this. I don't always agree with everything Google does, but they provide some damned fine services for free. It's kind of hard to complain in light of that. Furthermore, every single comment that had been made disre

Seconded. This'll help to cut down on the amount of material I wade through myself trying to keep up with the full feed! Maybe I'll even be able to get some code written again! =]

If you don't have an online portfolio, I'd recommend working on it in whatever time you can't be earning a direct income. Many people draw past work and side projects into their portfolio, but you can also make something fresh as both a con

Depends on the task at hand, but my day to day load out is a trusty mechanical pencil, a notecard, and my Palm Pre. Anything i'd need to note that wouldn't fit on the notecard is long enough to be worth whipping out the phone for (which is
