Just my recent experience but I used bitcoin to purchase an explainer video for my web app. Many freelancers / contractors like the ease and speed of bitcoin. No waiting for checks in the mail or taking a 3% haircut taking credit car

This has and hasn't worked for me in the past. The difference being that the successful project was something that people actually wanted. So much of the success hinges on finding the right product for the right niche. If you get th

Pixelmator is definitely the wrong tool for web graphics. It is much more focused on image editing. I tried to use it as a PS sub like you. Eventually i moved to Sketch and it has been great.

What upsets me is when I have to wait too long for refills on drinks and if I'm not checked back on to see if anything else is needed shortly after the food is served. I've had many experience in non-tipping countries where you m

If you aren't getting service worthy of tips, don't tip. No one is going to stop you on your way out. You may get worse service the next time you come back. However, why would you go back if the service was bad the first time?

Agreed. Tipping culture gives more power to the customer and results in better service in my experience. Every time I come back to the US I experience a noticeable increase in attention and service. Also, when abroad, if they find out yo

Be cautious in that subreddit. There are a lot of people with chips on their shoulders who are more interested in anti-mormon rhetoric than truth. I'd recommend r/mormon instead. It has a better mix of active and ex-mormons and

Yeah, its a tough problem because it makes it hard to stay solo. I really like being in full control of everything as long as it stays manageable. Perhaps this is a weakness. Thank You! I'm relying entirely on word of mouth marketin

Glad to hear this exists. Ive had a few whims to build something similar myself over the years but cellular data was missing or spotty in most resorts so i tabled the idea. How do you get around this problem? Or perhaps coverage at resor

Certainly worth the time investment when i can get to it. My biggest problem at the moment is that I have no admin interface. I have to dive into the db to make fixes/changes for people. Once I get an admin panel built out I'll

Same here. I use a trello board and discipline myself to complete at least one task a day. No matter how small. This usually leads to me getting in the zone and completing a bunch of other tasks. If not, its ok. There's tomorrow.
