Maybe these are the top 10 languages/tech employers have a need for, but nothing beats pure intelligence, analytical/problem solving skills, and ravenous curiosity/drive to learn.

Companies build internal tools, usually when it makes financial sense to do so. Us developers do the same thing on a smaller scale when we automate tasks we find ourselves doing repeatedly. Teams/companies that find themselves simi

Not to mention its a giant monopoly that has very little regulation that matters when you have no choice but to use them. Theres only a few outcomes this will play out to in my mind. Either things will get so bad theyll be split up and&#x

Not to mention that that increase in illegal market usage gives more fuel to the fire for people to believe or be led to believe that more of the same restrictions are necessary, a self fulfilling prophecy almost. Of course its not that

Personally, I always go with icon and text if I can. I will still use a plain icon with no text in a few cases and if it makes sense: •For the more universal ones like + and - and trashcans •If I am absolutely constrained for space

I think you are wrong about reddit being "a really unique culture", at least in this context. To me it seems very obvious that fundamentally it is exactly like how societies, communities, and communication has always operated, be

If you have the compiled assembly obviously you can say exactly what will happen. I agree with your meaning somewhat though that more often than not many people have no clue, especially with large systems. Its not as bad as your statement
