More housing would also massively improve the cost of living in California. Estimates put housing expanse at nearly 50% of monthly income in San Francisco. The usual is 30%. High housing cost is also the cause of all the other high costs. I

TLDR; Faster chargers are useful now and more of them would be great! The cells charge in parallel (there are on the order of 15,000 cells in car batteries), so at least right now the charger power is the constraint and not the battery chem

A 2017 Tesla battery has 4.8 kilograms of cobalt [1]. At $100/kg the Tesla uses $480 worth of cobalt. Two years ago at $25/kg it used $120 worth of cobalt. So $360 or 1.2% more for a $30,000 car. This is important to a some people

Love that they stripped all the controls out. Part the nice aesthetics from the old Broncos is the really clean interior. It's so much less junky than numerous obscure controls on most modern cars. Tesla solves the same problem, in a c

I buried the lede, the point is that it didn't work in Austria June 11, and it did on June 17th. June 15th is when the rule went into effect. Slovenia and Czech Republic working are speculation. (But I've heard so many complaints

Apple was pretty late (Oct 2012) and I wonder if Jobs was a hold up, it's a full year after his death (Oct 2011). Google, sadly, came on board very early (2009).
