Actually, it uses file system events so the pushes occur instantly. However, the pulls are done with polling.

I'm curious, have you looked at http://reneerb.com/ ? I contend as well that Rails is not well suited to REST. As it stands, I think Renee is about 2x faster than Sinatra.

Um, where did you see those? I think I used curly braces for a lot of the Renee { .. } examples, and use the do..end once I'm inside there. That's just my style, but, you can use which ever one you prefer (and of course, if the precedence i

PhantomJS is pretty cool. There are some super rough areas I had to deal with to get this working, but I hope they can improve it and make it more awesome. I've gotta file some bugs actually.. I was just happy to get the link traversal test
