325/week ?? You live in a big city? We spend that for a family of 5 but we don’t buy a lot of snacks….

You can't "manage" people who work remotely the same way you manage people in the office. That's the issue. Also, you shouldn't have to watch newer employees like a hawk if you've given them clear tasks /

Now that I think about it, I should probably do the same. I use Bitwarden and they allow you to add an 'emergency contact' that is granted access after X amount of days.

My 3 kids are teenagers. They don't use WhatsApp. They use iMessage or group chats on Instagram. No one I know uses WhatsApp, well they've never asked me for a WhatsApp username.

So if I post a picture online of a product it means i endorse it? wtf, am I reading that right? I get that there should be some disclosures, not saying that people shouldn't have to do that upfront.

I've seen these 'lifetime' deals before. Most of them release a new 'version' and that deal is no longer valid.

Evansville, Indiana isn't rural. It's a city of 100,000 people. If you take the entire county it's closer to 200k. Regardless, using this software to spy on people, illegally identify people etc is just F'd up.

Problem is the fines aren't high enough and people aren't being charged with crimes.

My guess is demographics, younger people use Instagram more than Facebook. Facebook has a lot of negatives attached to its name as well.

Makes sense, targeting the younger crowd. They're on 'Insta' not Facebook.

Similar to beacon advertising but instead of bluetooth it'll use your face. "Welcome back Jim!"

I agree, here comes the feature creep. Decisions are made on "What do I have to do to keep my investors happy" not what's best for the product.

She got off light compared to what the amount she scammed investors out of. Do a quick search and you'll find crypto scammers getting more years per $ scammed than she did.

Didn't OpenAI promise the same thing when it first came out? I'm not fully invested in the space yet...so if that was completely different than RedPajama I apologize.
