I score Apple and Microsoft pretty low on these two measures also. Support MS are OK to good, but listening to bug reports seems to be hard to do at scale. Can anyone provide any examples of people doing it really well?

Yes, re: event handler wire-up, that's why I wrote the part that said " It looks like it is just the way the event handler on the 'back' of the item is wired up"

In IE 10 the 'flip' in the demo worked for me, but the 'flip back' didn't. It looks like it is just the way the even handler on the 'back' of the item is wired up.

I don't know anything about inventory management but the idea of a free inventory management product is kind of interesting. What if you made it free, how could you make money off it? Would suppliers be able to bid for ads, so that when it

Interesting article. There are better ways of looking at memory allocations in .NET code, however, including CLR allocation profiler, WinDBG, VMMap, and tools from Telerik, Jetbrains, ANTS etc that take away a lot of the guess work. Still,

But the poster in question didn't say "X" and "Y" did they...this feels like an exercise in pedantry now, but he really did say "exactly" and "google".
