Yes, but I don't usually read alot of posts total. I'll flip through a bunch of pages, opening interesting threads in a new tab. Then I look at the comments, and depending on how they look I'll read the article.

I think you need to spend more time and money on marketing. You need to split test various ads to see what actually gets people in, then spend good money to that. $50-150 can be gone in no time if you aren't targeting correctly/us

It depends on your language(s) of choice, but I prefer to use some form of linux. My go to lately has been Linux Mint. If you enjoy windows for your day to day business, then just code inside of a linux virtual box.
