They charge per seat so it gets expensive if you have lots of people that need access but are not full time support. That being said we never switched and are still paying! Good product. Surprised there isn’t more competition. Lots of SMB’s

We used to, the idea being we could reproduce validation in JavaScript and Python. It kind of worked but it wasn't that clean. Ended up switching the server to Marshmallow schemas and just having more custom logic on the client side. I

CRM is a strange term. To track sales and comms with clients we’ve been using Close.io and it’s pretty sweet. We have LOTS of integrations around reporting and Slack notifications on top of it. Let me know if you want more info. @jokull on
