I use pomodoro for this. Writing software doesnt always require you typing at the keyboard. Most of the time I sketch the solution/design using pencil and paper

I would identify what tasks i want to get done. Than split them into pomodoro chunks. Then I would, and this is the most interesting part, record my pomodoro session using OBS studio. I love to pretend that i have thousands of viewers that

I tried to use different kinds of app, joplin, onenote, simplenote, etc, even physical notebooks, nothing sticks. But this idea of a single text file is interesting, I'll give it a try. Thanks for sharing

Sorry to hear this. I cured mine with a CPAP machine. I had to be tested with apnea twice bc the first one came out ok but i wasnt convinced. In any case, i hope you feel better
