In case you want to save a few seconds of your life, you can also middle click or ctrl click instead of right clicking + left clicking on the menu.

(in)convenient timing. I just recently implemented a mesh network using wireguard+bgp so that all nodes can connect to each other one way or another. This would have probably been a lot easier for almost the same result.

I remember using Tinc a lot and really liking it. But as 1gbit+ speeds became more common, tinc struggled to maintain that much throughput on lowend hardware. I also didn't know that tinc was still around, I might give it a try again

That's been my preference at most places I've worked. issue id so the branch gets linked to jira or whatever and a short description to find the branch later if needed.

I've gotten a few similar spam/phishing notifications from github recently too. It showed that my username was tagged in the issue (along with 10-20 others).

I wanted to try Omarchy out on my endeavouros desktop, but got annoyed that there wasn't a simple install script. I don't really want to re-install my whole OS just to try a new DE config.

Or the wonderful loop of "These test steps are still failing, let's try something simpler and remove the failing tests. Great! The tests are passing now!"

It looks cool, but I think some/most of the features on the front page are behind a paywall? I'll add it to my list of things to try out though, having more competition in the space is definitely a good thing.

When's the last time you tried this? I used to have this issue too but was pleasantly surprised I don't have this issue with my new machine using EndeavourOS w/ wayland. I switch displays a couple times per day and it's

Huh, I thought pass wasn't developed anymore for some reason. Glad to see it still is! Related: https://github.com/gopasspw/gopass I haven't used pass in a long time, but I used gopass for a while in a small

That's probably a good one to keep in there, I'll try it too. Maybe it'll help with the "Here's the plan:" where it starts listing phases and hours/days/weeks for each phase even though it's goi

I'm also skeptical partially because I don't like the huge essays generated by any llm. CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/README.md that are 5+ pages long are all equally bad imo. I prefer following the idea that if something is too

Can you explain how context fits into this picture by any chance? I sort of understand the vram requirement for the model itself, but it seems like larger context windows increases the ram requirement by a lot more?

I wish anycast was easier to use without owning your own set of ips. I've done something similar to the author, and ended up also relying on another provider for geo dns. If I could have my own anycast ip to share on all my servers, t

For homelab uses, I've been enjoying Linstor/Piraeus a lot more than longhorn lately. Less issues overall so far and simpler.

I want to see something trained _only_ on stuff like encyclopedias, programming books, etc. I'm interested in how different it would be compared to something with a lot of social media in it.

As someone else who has to do a lot of work with LDAP, thank you! You might want to consider adding a LICENSE file to the repo. That's the first place I looked before noticing it at the bottom of the readme.
