Thanks everyone for the feedback so far! I did the custom design work, but I'm using a WooTheme - Inspire as the base: http://www.woothemes.com/2010/05/inspire/

I'm using Spreedly.com as my payment processor. They prorate and either credit or charge the account based on upgrade or downgrading. I've tried my own billing before it was a major pain in the ass.

I'm curious about this as well and was going to submit this question to HN. I'm debating between charging say per $5 per user or like you say a tiered approach: $7 - 1 $12 - 5 $22 - 20 $40 - 20 $90 - 50 $150 - 100 On one hand a flat fee per

I use GAE as well for all my side projects. I recommend a service such as spreedly or recurly for billing.I've used PayPal subscriptions and 2checkout in the past but they suck. For design I recommend the minimalist approach such as letter.

Nice job! I just tested it out and it works great. I see you're using google app engine, I'm building a couple of apps on it and love working with. My platform of choice for sure.
