> "Based on the strings present in the PE file, it has been written in Go" I find this kind of interesting. I've seen reports on other malware/virus stuff written in Go recently. I wonder if this is because the abilit

You were probably waiting for this, but how do you handle IP reputation? I REALLY would like to host my own e-mail server but when I've previously tried this on the various vendors platforms (Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure), I naturally end

I don't have the source as I saw it on the local TV news station the other day, but they mentioned that the life expectancy in the US dropped this year in part because of the current opioid abuse that is sweeping the nation. If that is

Not to get too far off track, but I'm heading there tomorrow and the Alto is at the top of the list of computers to check out followed by the PDP-10. As someone who came into the industry way after these devices were in use, I'm p

Usually, again this is just in my experience, it's typically tied to a single service that makes up a larger system. So they might have some data in MySQL that has an API fronting it that is managed by one team. Then they have another

As someone who works at MSFT in the Azure space I can tell you that the statement of "Who chooses to use Azure? Mostly MS shops" is inaccurate in my experience. Of all of the customers I've worked with, most of their architec

Yes, this. One of the things I love about go is the stdlib capabilities. I try to avoid a lot of frameworks as there seems to be too much "magic" going on that you end up having to figure out when it comes time to troubleshoot. Th
