   I'm sure to many being isolated and working non stop is worse than being isolated and having more free time.

   The problem with this analogy is that everyone uses the school system at some point in their life, but not everyone is a parent at some point.

   That seems silly to just ignore people who don't have kids because "most do". What do you say to the 50 year old with no children? Sucks to be them?
