I have an EV, and yeah it takes more planning for longer trips, but that hasn't been too hard. We can always charge _and_ take bathroom/lunch breaks (~1 hour). By the time we get back the car's back up to 80~90%.

Not only is it much cheaper to maintain, but also a lot safer for the work site and workers to maintain as well. Used motor oil is some nasty stuff, and spilt coolant is quite toxic (but attracts animals).

I use it while driving, in the winter times when I have gloves on, and sometimes when swimming or when my hands are full while cooking. More often then not however, I find it infuriating at how bad it is at picking up "Hey Siri"
