Cool project. Was actually thinking about this as I'm currently working on my first ever presentation. Decided to go with reveal.js. Gonna keep an eye on this.

The "Clojure Programming"[1] book is good. Also "The Joy of Clojure"[2], to ease you into the philosophy/mindset of Clojure. There's also http://www.braveclojure.com which is still a work in progres

I used to use DDG as my primary search engine before, but after a while I found that clicking on the search results takes a long time before the page opens. It didn't happen with Google. Never understood why that was. Just tried again

You would think that being most functions being pure, that these types of docsctrings would be more common (or standard, even).

Cool! I did a similar project[1], but I use magiccards.info as a datasource, so it uses the same (not very intuitive, but quite flexible) query parameters. [1]: http://searchthecity.me

It takes a considerable amount of effort to learn vim. It takes twice as much to unlearn it.

Off topic, but what's with the trend of not showing dates on blogs/blogging services? Just overlooked or hidden on purpose? Even the comments don't have dates.

There was a post (or was it a comment) here a couple months ago about Emacs/Vim users and the sizes of their hands. I have tiny hands and when I tried (still trying every now and then) to learn Emacs, I found it difficult to execute its key

How are you finding the ClojureScript REPL? I wanted to play around with it, but gave up after finding out how much trouble it is to get running. I was hoping it would be as simple as Clojure's `lein repl`.

This scares me. Right now I'm young, single and almost no responsibilities. I love doing what the article suggests, keep learning new stuff, etc., but I'm not too sure I can keep it up for the next X+ years. And within that time my life cou

I was working on a book social site where users earn badges after reading books. (Basically Foursquare for books. There would be badges for reading the top 10 books of a genre/author, milestones, etc.) Gave up on getting a good book databas
